Tampa Bay Veterans React To Scathing VA Report

The most recent report that has countless up in arms reveals how much money the VA has spent recently in order to repair its own reputation while thousands still wait in never-ending lines for medical care.

The reports specifically revealed that between 2012 and 2015, less than 10% of the 40,000 people hired by the VA were doctors.

This exact also revealed that the VA had spent $1.7 million on surveys, $800 million on furniture, $300 million on superfluous services (gardening, interior designing, painting, etc.), and nearly half a billion dollars on lawyers!

The amount of money being wasted is absolutely astronomical.

Michael Childs, a veteran and VA client for nearly 40 years remarked,

"That's really sad because it's not going to fix anything anyways".

Obviously they need to clean house at the department of VA and get rid of incompetent people. It is so sad and disheartening that they would waste money on everything else and still neglecting our Veterans whom deserves all the care and help they need. What’s more disgusting is the percentage of doctors hired out of 40,000 hired. Shame on these so-called people running the department of VA.
