A Coast Guard Rescue, Cockpit POV Videos and More in This Week's Heroes in Action Videos

In today's Heroes in Action military videos, watch footage of a Coast Guard rescue and hear the sailor who was rescued tell his story. Also, enjoy two awesome POV military cockpit videos featuring an AH-1 Cobra and a F/A-18 Super Hornet.

But that's not all the military video footage we have this week. We've also got a very cool birds-eye view of amphibious assault vehicle training shot from above by a quadcopter. If that wasn't enough, we'll put you inside a CH-53 Super Stallion and you'll go for a ride with our brave Marines.

Enjoy those videos and a couple more in this week's Heroes in Action military videos. As always we would like to thank our military service members and veterans for their sacrifice and for protecting our freedom.

And remember, if you would like to show your support and help our wounded military veterans, make sure to enter our Harleys and Gas Giveaway. 100% of the proceeds go to support the mission of Healing Heroes Network and help add to their growing list of success stories.

AH-1 Cobra Helicopter Military GoPro Video

Turn up your speakers and strap yourself in as you're going for a ride - with a cockpit POV video - on a AH-1 Cobra in this awesome HD attack helicopter run.

Cockpit Video from F/A-18 Super Hornet

This fun F/A-18 Super Hornet cockpit video gives you an idea of what it is like to take this aircraft on an evasive maneuvers training run.

Birds-Eye View of AAVs Landing on the Beach

This may be the first Quadcopter video we've shared in our Heroes in Action videos. Here's military video footage - shot from above - of U.S. Marines with Company E, Battalion Landing Team, 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, conducting an amphibious assault rehearsal. This was a joint training operation with Australia.

Want to Take a Ride in a Super Stallion?

This Marine Corps video features the biggest helicopter in the U.S. Military - the CH-53 Super Stallion. This video footage of Super Stallion helicopters comes from Talisman Sabre 2015, Talon Reach 5, and the last flight of the "Ugly Angels" (HMH-362).

U.S. Marines Vs Taliban In Afghanistan

This military video clip was shot in 2013, but we thought our readers would find it interesting as it shows a "typical day" for U.S. Marines vs Taliban in Afghanistan. This video shows U.S. Marines with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 461 and members of Regimental Combat Team 7 conducting a combat raid and interdiction operation against the Taliban.

Survivor and Dog Meet Their Coast Guard Heroes

Great Coast Guard video showing a sailor out of Georgia sharing his story about being rescued and later meeting with the Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew that saved him. The man and his dog, Evi, were rescued after his sailboat caught fire 69 miles west of Hudson, Florida.

Coast Guard Firefighting Training

Since we often don't have a Coast Guard video to share with our readers, this week we have two. In this military video, damage controlmen aboard Coast Guard Cutter Barque Eagle train Coast Guard Academy cadets on firefighting and damage control principles during the Academy's summer training program.
