A 20-year Army veteran has a strong message for a thief who stole his truck. Outside of his home, Army veteran James Huff has placed a 4x8 plywood board with a message shaming that thief.
“To: The worthless dirtbag that took my truck,” James Huff’s sign reads. “I gave 20 years of my life serving in 3 armed conflicts to protect YOUR freedom.”
Huff adds: “I hope your mother sees this so she knows YOU STOLE FROM A SOLDIER.”
The Army veteran's sign has caught the eyes of his neighbors, others passing by his home and also the local media. Huff said exposing the thief - along with shaming the thief - was another reason he put the hand-painted sign in his front yard.
It seems his story is definitely getting the exposure he was looking for when he did this.
