VIDEO: Families Of US Military Ordered To Evacuate Southern Turkey!

The situation is getting more and more dire overseas as U.S. officials have ordered the families of service members and government workers to leave Turkey and return home due to what they are calling “continued security concerns in the region.”

What’s worse? On Monday a news station reported that Islamic State terrorists were planning an “imminent” attack on Jewish schools in Turkey. The Pentagon and State Department said the families of American staffer at the U.S. consulate in Adana, the nearby Incirlik air base, and two other locations must leave the country. The government is said to cover relocation costs. U.S. jets operating out of Incirlik have been conducting strike missions against ISIS since last year.

I addition to the evacuation of families, the State Department has warned all Americans to avoid travelling to the area, and to “Stay away from large crowds, including at popular tourist destinations.”

"The decision to move our families and civilians was made in consultation with the Government of Turkey, our State Department, and our Secretary of Defense," Gen. Philip M. Breedlove of U.S. European Command said. "We understand this is disruptive to our military families, but we must keep them safe and ensure the combat effectiveness of our forces to support our strong Ally Turkey in the fight against terrorism."

All we can hope is that our troops and their families stay safe during this trying and dangerous time.

Healing Heroes Network (HHN) has been providing financial assistance to our veterans since 2008. As a non-profit organization, HHN's primary focus is to provide the means for wounded warriors to get the treatment and therapies they deserve and need.

Along with sweepstakes advertised at Hero Giveaway, HHN solely relies on the graciousness of their followers on Facebook through donations, merchandise, and entries to HG's giveaways.

Thanks for your continued support for our troops. For more information, and to donate to the cause, click the link below!
